Outpatient Therapist (Howard)

The Counseling Clinic is seeking an energetic individual to work full time with a dynamic team of professionals in our Howard facility in a commission-based system. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, willingness to work closely with team members, a Masters Degree in Social Work/related field or Ph.D. in Psychology, and have expertise in child and family therapy. FRST Specialist (FT/CPT)

Brown County FRST is looking for one full-time and numerous casual part-time and on call positions to work within our FRST system (Report Center and/or FRST cases). FRST aims to provide structure and supervision, skill-based activities, life skills education, crisis planning and response, parenting education and recreational activities. Services are provided to children, adolescents and adults with criminal tendencies, behavioral and mental health concerns within the home, school and community setting. A strong desire and experience working with parent(s) on family dynamics and behavioral management a plus. Case Manager - Corrections/Homeless Youth (FT)

Seeking a full-time case manager for the Transitional Living Program to work with homeless youth and young adults in need of transitional living and independent living skills. Position entails working with severe juvenile offenders coming out of an institutional setting and reunifying back into the community. Duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized plans, teaching  independent living skills, networking in the community with area landlords, positive relationships with probation and parole, providing individual and group counseling, and providing training in interpersonal and basic living skills. Position is also required to monitor youth’s education, employment and place of residence. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, strong working relationships with community resources, experience with probation and parole, a flexible schedule, and experience working with high-risk people in a culturally competent manner. Behavior Management Specialists- SOAR Program (FT/CPT)

Family Services’ SOAR Program, a specialized foster home in Neenah, is recruiting both full-time and casual part-time Behavior Management Specialists to implement behavioral programming and recreational activities for three adolescent males who are transitioning from residential treatment centers. The foster home requires 24/7 staff coverage to provide intensive supervision and programming both within the home and in the community. The full-time position is an overnight shift that involves providing supervision and completing administrative tasks. Position is a set schedule and includes an excellent benefits package. The casual part-time positions involve working a variety of shifts, particularly evenings, weekends and overnights, as well as being on-call; benefits package not included. Family Services is recruiting a Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor for the In-Home Counseling program serving our Green Bay and Door County locations. The position is responsible for the direct clinical and operational supervision of the program.  Duties will include clinical supervision of therapeutic staff in addition to ensuring overall program performance and quality control. Qualifications include a Masters Degree in Social Work or closely related field, professional licensure and three years experience in the delivery of direct service to at-risk youth and families.
