Transitional
Living Program to work with homeless youth and young adults in need of
transitional living and independent living skills. Position entails working
with severe juvenile offenders coming out of an institutional setting and
reunifying back into the community. Duties include assessment, development
and implementation of individualized plans, teaching
independent living skills, networking in the community with area
landlords, positive relationships with probation and parole, providing
individual and group counseling, and providing training in interpersonal and
basic living skills. Position is also required to monitor youth’s
