Works
in partnership with
Winnebago County Human Services
SOAR
is
a specialized foster home for adolescent males in
Winnebago
County
who are being transitioned to the community from residential treatment
centers. Case management and other support services are provided in an
effort to help the youth make a successful transition back to their homes
and schools.
SOAR
provides 24/7
supervision, care and treatment for youth placed in the home. All referrals
are made by Winnebago County Human Services.
