Door, Menominee and Shawano Counties
Youth
Opportunities is an early intervention program that assists at-risk youth in
identifying and removing barriers to high school graduation. The program
provides intensive, home-based outreach, case management, and service
coordination for youth and their families. Youth in the program receive
services for 1-5 years after enrollment.
Service
plans are individualized according to youth and family needs and may
include:
- Educational advocacy, homework assistance
- Employability skills development, job search
- Career exploration and planning
- Leadership development
- Mentoring
Admission
Criteria:
Youth
ages 14 - 18 living in Door, Menominee, or Shawano Counties may be eligible for services through the Youth Opportunities program.

Opportunities is funded by the Bay Area Workforce Development Board.
No fee is required to participate.
