Early Childhood Development
Parent Connection: An early learning, home visitation program for first-time parents focusing on child development, health issues, family support and educational opportunities. Any family residing in the service area can participate.
Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services.
Counseling/Treatment Services

The Counseling Clinic: Provides comprehensive counseling services for individuals of any age, families, and/or groups on a variety of relationship and mental health issues. Clinic is located at 1810 Appleton Road, Menasha.
AODA Counseling: Provides counseling and treatment to individuals who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.
Children's Therapy: Provides outpatient counseling services with therapists trained specifically in children's issues.
Sexual Abuse Treatment: Provides outpatient counseling services to sexual abuse victims and their families to move forward in the healing process.
At-Risk Youth Programs
Family Resource Service Team (FRST): Addresses the needs of youth who demonstrate significant personal or family issues with a goal of preventing out-of-home placement and improving family function.
Residential Treatment: Provides intensive counseling and case management services to youth who are unable to remain in their homes or other community-based settings due to extreme behavioral problems.
Self-Sufficiency Programs
Day Report Center: Serves as an alternative to incarceration for non-violent adult offenders with services including assessment, case management, day reporting and monitoring, and skill building.
Ways to Work: Provides small loans to low-income parents who cannot get loans elsewhere. The ultimate goal is to help families access good jobs and/or educational opportunities to get out of poverty.
