  • Early Childhood Development

    • Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services.

 

  • At-Risk Youth Programs

    • Ethan House Group Home: Provides a temporary living arrangement for boys, ages 12-17, who are court-ordered into placement or referred from the county or state due to behavioral, emotional or legal issues. Located in Green Bay, Wisc.

    • Residential Treatment: Provides intensive counseling and case management services to youth who are unable to remain in their homes or other community-based settings due to extreme behavioral problems. Located in Ashwaubenon (Green Bay), Wisc.

 

  • Crisis Services

    • Mobile Crisis Program: Provides short-term crisis counseling in person or over the phone for people of any age, 24 hours a day and free of charge.

 

  • Self-Sufficiency Programs

    • Steps to Success: A voluntary program designed to assist inmates and parolees of the Taycheedah Correctional Institution in making a successful transition to life outside of prison.

    • Windows to Work: A voluntary program designed to assist inmates and parolees of the Oshkosh Correctional Institution in making a successful transition to life outside of prison.
