Programs & Services - Winnebago County

  • Early Childhood Development

    • Parent Connection: An early learning, home visitation program for first-time parents focusing on child development, health issues, family support and educational opportunities. Any family residing in the service area can participate.

    • Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services.

    • Supervised Visitation & Exchange Program: Provides visitation and exchange services between divorced or separated parents. Staff help to ensure a safe and secure setting for the child, free from parental violence or conflict.

 

  • Counseling/Treatment Services

    • The Counseling Clinic: Provides comprehensive counseling services for individuals of any age, families, and/or groups on a variety of relationship and mental health issues. Clinic is located at 1810 Appleton Road, Menasha.

      • Children's Therapy: Provides outpatient counseling services with therapists trained specifically in children's issues.

      • Sexual Abuse Treatment: Provides outpatient counseling services to sexual abuse victims and their families to move forward in the healing process.

 

  • At-Risk Youth Programs

    • Residential Treatment: Provides intensive counseling and case management services to youth who are unable to remain in their homes or other community-based settings due to extreme behavioral problems. Located in Ashwaubenon (Green Bay), Wisc.

    • Support, Education, Life Skills & Family (SELF): Addresses the needs of youth who demonstrate significant personal or family issues with a goal of preventing out-of-home placement and improving family function.

    • Silvercrest Group Home: A group home for teenage boys that works in conjunction with Winnebago County Human Services. Services are designed to stabilize delinquent behaviors and improve family relationships.
