2017 Butterfly Festival Raises $52,000 for Child Abuse Prevention

Just over 1,700 guests joined us for the 9th annual Butterfly Festival on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at City Park in Appleton. Parents and their young children participated in games and family fun activities throughout the morning such as face painting, football toss, inflatable bouncers, and much more. The highlight of the event was a group butterfly release of over 1,000 butterflies, representing Parent Connection’s dedication to "Helping Families Fly."

With the generous support of our guests, sponsors and other contributors, the 2017 Butterfly Festival raised proceeds of over $52,000 for child abuse prevention services in the Fox Valley area. Thanks to all for your support!

All proceeds of the Butterfly Festival benefit Parent Connection. Parent Connection is a parent education and early learning program serving the Fox Valley and Oshkosh. Click here to see more about how Parent Connection is making a difference.
