I have worked in the mental health field since 2018. I’ve worked with individuals from most walks of life, including but not limited to individuals struggling with their addictions or in their recovery, individuals struggling with homelessness, developmental disabilities, chronic mental illness, individuals who have committed sexual offenses, and more. I have worked in various settings, including inpatient, rehabilitation centers, group homes, outpatient facilities, and group facilitation. I have worked with clients aging from 12-75 years old. I have had specialized training in cultural competence, ethics, motivational interviewing, mental health first aid, crisis interventions, and more.

I specialize in working with teens and adults struggling with substance use disorders and mental health struggles ranging from depression, anxiety, stress management, anger management, self-esteem, and grief and loss. I work alongside my clients to identify their goals and current roadblocks to reaching them. I have had specialized trainings in AMSR, Ethics, Cultural Competency, Pregnancy and Loss, and many others. I am certified in DBT and have Trauma Informed Care Certificates.
