Having a baby can be both exciting and challenging. The Welcome Baby Program was developed to make this time easier for you and your family.
Welcome Baby is a FREE program available to help make the transition to parenthood easier for you and your family.
We provide personal health & parenting information, breastfeeding support, home safety tips, infant development information, and connections to resources your family may want or need. Our goal is that all children grow up in a safe and healthy environment, where families have access to the resources and support they need to flourish.
Every family is unique and special; that’s why Welcome Baby’s dedicated team of Family Resource Specialists meet families where they’re at to offer personalized support. They will connect with you to discuss your questions and areas of need. They help connect you to the local resources and services to help answer your questions and meet those needs.
All services are FREE and voluntary.
All families with newborns located in Brown, Door, or Winnebago Counties eligible for services. First-time parents with a newborn in Outagamie and Shawano County are eligible for services.
The program partners with an array of providers and services throughout the community. All services are free and voluntary.
Welcome Baby Resource Center
Provides digital resources for each county that services are provided as well as general parenting information.

All Welcome Baby visits, follow-up calls and support are completely free!

Who can make a referral?

Anyone! We accept any and all referrals, including self-referrals. To make a referral, please contact the program location for which county you live in.
